Life at Heritage

Parks • Trails • Playgrounds

Outdoor Fun

Heritage’s parks, playgrounds and recreational areas will be scattered throughout the communities, with the inclusion of sports facilities, ballparks and general recreational use areas, there will be boundless opportunities for fun and enjoyment for all members of the family and community.

Connectivity

Every Heritage neighborhood includes community parks, playgrounds, dog parks, jogging trails, picnic pavilions and plenty of open space. Parks and other community amenities will be accessed through roadway trails and an extensive paseo and trail system which can be biked, hiked, jogged or strolled. Everything has been meticulously interconnected to provide for maximum efficiency and ease-of-use.

Sustainability

Heritage’s hundreds of acres of parks are planned to provide strong visual impact and thoughtful use of natural resources through all of its communities. Planning for the conservation of the desert’s most precious resource – water – has been the forefront of discussion.

Heritage is on the doorstep of a number of gorgeous trails serving outdoor types such as day hikers, backpackers, equestrians, mountain bicyclists, trail runners and nature enthusiasts.
